Yoga at In One’s Element

Jennifer has been a practitioner of yoga for over 15 years. After falling in love with a heated room and moving her body, she went on to receive her teacher training in Sumit’s Yoga in Scottsdale, Arizona followed by teaching certifications in Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra in Seattle, Washington. Jennifer also has her B.S. in Holistic Nutrition, and is a Reiki Master Teacher of energy medicine, and brings all three of these elements together into some of her yoga programs.

We at In One’s Element believe it isn’t how fast you go in your practice, or how flexible you are, but quite the opposite. Any yoga class you take with us is slow movement, breathing (for breath is key), and it’s not how flexible you are but how much space is being created with your movement.

In our classes, you will learn to channel energy, use your breath, recognize that pain does not mean progress, and move in a way that allows your body to expand. Giving more room for energy, more space, so that the energetic you may fill your physical body, and you will be able to be more present within this dimension, more comfortable, and possibly longer lasting in your current physical being.

We offer different rotating classes throughout the year including Yoga with Reiki certification and an 11-step program for body, mind, and spirit.

Yoga Nidra –
Body and Chakras

Pop-up class. Check for dates. Yoga Nidra means yogic sleep. It is an ancient technique where the practitioner enters a deep state of conscious relaxation while being guided through meditation. It is a systematic practice of moving awareness from the external world to the inner world. It can bring one to a state where senses, intellect, and mind relax while at the same time having full awareness.

During this practice, you lie down with the goal of moving into a deep state of conscious awareness sleep, a state of relaxation with awareness. This state involves moving from consciousness while awake to dreaming and then to not-dreaming all while remaining awake — going past the unconscious to the conscious.”

Who is it for? Yoga Nidra is for any and all, appealing to those who have a hard time letting go, as well as to those who are looking for a deeper healing. In One’s Element Yoga Nidra takes you on a journey through your body for deeper physical healing as well as a journey through the main chakra system creating and bringing vibrancy to each and every cell while heightening the spiritual and energetic system as a whole.

This practice does take place on a provided mat. You will not be moving during practice, wear comfy clothing and perhaps bring with you extra blankets, pillows, etc. that you may need to be fully comfortable during this hour long meditation.

Summer Morning
Outdoor Yoga

Very relaxed class/flow. Class is outside at our little retreat/micro farm in the Dells, in Prescott, AZ between Watson and Willow lakes. Animals may be wandering around so bring your old mat and/or a towel to place under your mat.

Class is a flow (so we’re moving) with guided imagery/Nidra for savasana. No one is required to keep up. Just taking the opportunity to enjoy a morning of movement and breath by the garden.

A small commitment fee of $5 per class can be paid online through our website, directly through Zelle or Venmo, or dropped off as cash or check. Purchase all five classes and save $5!

When? Every other Friday starting June 2nd through July 28th from 8:30 til around 9:30-10am.

Yoga Programs

Yoga With Reiki I Certification – Six-Class Course

This bi-weekly yoga class includes Yin and Nidra followed by instruction on energy medicine techniques.

Yoga for this course revolves around opening the main chakra system while using techniques learned in Reiki instruction. Class size is limited to 3 participants, creating a highly personable experience.

11-Step Full Body Reset

Meeting every 3rd Tuesday our 11-Step Full Body Reset Program centers around all eleven systems of the physical body.

Every third week class is designed around a specific body system, starting with the lymphatic. The physical body systems we will reset and heal during this course are the: lymphatic, digestive, urinary, reproductive, endocrine, circulatory, respiratory, integumentary, muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems. 

We will be:
– Engaging our energetic selves through sound, meditation, breathing, and energy medicine(including hands-on Reiki energy medicine).
– You will receive a menu for foods and juicing recipes to help detox each specific system, as well as a tincture created with all organic herbs by In One’s Element.

This program is designed for YOU to bring YOUR complete self to its optimum level, giving you more control of the health of your body while bringing vitality to your energy being. Limited space of 4 students per class.

Tuesdays from 10am-12pm
Full program runs from September 5th 2023 – April 9th, 2024

*All of our Reiki certification classes are welcome to be audited by any of our certified students including our Yoga and Reiki classes at a reduced cost(space permitting). Or you can retake at full cost as long as you get in on a first come first serve basis.
