Guided Imagery & Reiki
6 Week Yoga and Reiki I Certification
Become Usui Reiki I certified in this 6 week Reiki I certification with yoga. Tuesday’s from 9:30am – 1pm starting with an hour of yoga consisting of breath work, slow flow, yin, Hatha(standing static poses) and Nidra(meditation). We take a 30 minute break and then resume with 2 hours of Reiki instruction.
Reiki I – With Reiki I certification we go over the chakra system in-depth, learn to feel and channel universal energy, are attuned to the first Reiki symbol, self-practice, and the first steps in working with others.
Required material – Essentail Reiki by Diane Stein.

Full attendance is required in order to Reiki your certification. there are three different payment options:
Cost $450
Pay in full and receive $50 off
Pay in two installments $225 due before the start of class. $250 due before the start of week 3.
