Reiki Infused Yoga {10am – 11:30am} Tuesday, March 8th

Gentle, restorative yoga infused with Reiki energy healing.

Our semi-private (four students max) 90 minute Reiki Infused Yoga class is designed to help you unwind and regenerate physically, mentally, and energetically. Appropriate for all levels – from first-time yoga students to advanced practitioners looking for a new experience.

About the class

This class consists of 45 minutes of restorative yoga and 30 minutes of yoga nidra.

Restorative yoga is a floor-based yin-style yoga and is gentle and slower-paced. Each pose is lengthening, and focuses on opening a specific chakra. During the first section of class the energy system is opened and cleared with Reiki in conjunction with restorative yoga, and class is then finished with 30 minutes of meditative and relaxing yoga nidra – a full-body-focused guided imagery technique used for cellular and energetic regeneration.
