Anxiety Tincture

We have formulated a tincture to help with the symptoms of anxiety which include:

• Feeling restless
• Easily fatigued
• Difficulty concentrating
• Irritability
• Headaches, muscle aches, body pains
• Difficulty in controlling feelings of worry
• Sleep problems. 

All of our herbs are organic. Our bases are made from organic MCT oil(derivative of coconut oil) with sunflower lecithin. Any base that is alcohol we use cheap vodka. 

Ingredients: organic rhodiola rosea, organic ashwagandha, organic kava kava, organic passionflower, organic reishi mushroom, organic eleuthero root, cheap vodka, organic MCT oil(a derivative of coconut oil), lecithin from sunflower.

Rhodiola Rosea: irritability, exhaustion, decreased motivation, daytime sleepiness, decreased libido, sleep disturbances, cognitive complaints, ADHD, anxiety, neuroprotection, mild to moderate depression, bipolarism.

Ashwagandha: memory and concentration, stress/anxiety, libido.

Kava Kava: overthinking and worry, increase coping ability, elevate mood, improve sleep and improve physical symptoms of stress, reduce muscle tightness, heart palpitations and jitteriness.

Passionflower: may increase levels of gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA), a chemical the brain makes to help regulate mood.

Reishi mushroom: adrenal support, insomnia, is an adaptogen.

Eleuthero root: may affect levels of a brain chemical called BDNF (brain-derived neurotrophic factor). BDNF helps nervous tissue grow and reorganize itself, helps to protect the brain from damage. Levels of BDNF may be low in those with anxiety and depression.

Add 1 full squeeze of the dropper bulb to 2 oz. of water or juice, 1 to 4 times per day.

Best taken between meals.
